PERU CAJAMARCA SAN IGNACIO PROSPERIDAD

San Ignacio La Prosperidad encompasses six small organic coffee farmers from the Cajamarca region: here, 45 acres are organically farmed for coffee production and sustainable food and shade trees:  bananas, corn and beans.

Classic heirloom coffee Arabica strains are cultivated along with a natural mutation varietal, Marshell which is growing in popularity among our specialty coffee orbit.
