One of our most popular coffees, from Finca Las Lajas in Poas de Alajuela, located in the mountains north of the Costa Rica's capital. In as little as six years,  Las Lajas now produces exceptional micro-lots, especially with their Honey processed coffees.

Las Lajas’ reputation for quality precedes it; the care with which the Chacon family manages their mill and processing has put their Honey and Natural coffees in steep demand. This curiosity and willingness to experiment and find a new level of excellence is apparent in the final product: explosively fruity coffees with complex acidity and a bright finish and always great balance with those chocolate notes.

 Tasting Notes:

We roast this one medium: a rich, full bodied coffee with layers of flavor: soft fruit, caramel, chocolate with good sweetness and wonderful aromatics, and with all great coffees, super smooth!
