A rich, classic Indonesian coffee - been waiting for a good microlot: rich, full bodied, big chocolate notes and a bit smoother than its Sumatran cousin, wet hulled processed so another lower acid, full bodied Indonesian coffee to explore. 

After our first cuppings, did not get any of the anise notes from previous lots....
