HAITIAN BLUE MOUNTAIN - CAFE KREYOL NEW CROP '25

Great year for one of our favorite coffees, Blue Mountain from Haiti:  fuller bodied, chocolaty and spicy. Roasting this one strong medium to get the sweetness and caramel to pop a bit. MILD ACIDITY, super smooth and clean.  VERY LIMITED FOR 2025!

Cafe Kreyol, like Singing Rooster,  is another outstanding group dedicated to helping build enterprise and coffee farms throughout Haiti.  They've worked tirelessly to select the best strains of Blue Mountain and guide the farmers and nursery production for these aspiring coffee farmers.

COOPACVOD is the oldest coffee cooperative in Haiti, comprised of over 850 members in Cap Haiti, producing the 100% Blue Mountain Arabica that is organically certified (coffee microlots must have at least 70% Blue Mountain to carry the name).
