One of the first of the 2025/2026 NEW CROPS: wet hulled Balinese Blue Moon for a classic Indonesian cup: full bodied, low acidity, big chocolate notes. Strong Medium roast to get some molasses into the cup. A bit smoother and less earthy than neighboring Sumatra.
